Dai Bai associated with the development of production and environmental protection

Dai Bai bronze casting village, Gia Binh district, Bac Ninh stable jobs for more than 2,000 workers are facing problems of water pollution and emissions in the residential sector.
With its current production level, this village average emit about 40 m3 waste water / day containing toxic chemicals and heavy metals, and thousands m3 gas.
But thanks to the attention of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, local government, most of the manufacturing establishments in this chimney was built at the foundry, forging, as standard. In particular, Dai Bai has planned and built industrial village separated from residential areas, with 160 households producing and building concentrated waste landfill. All waste will be pre-treated at production facilities before being discharged into a common area.
Along with regular communication, education and awareness to the community on environmental field, the village in Dai Bai have established waste collection teams. Recently, the village is also casting Training Center, counseling and Technology Transfer Institute of Science and Technology of Vietnam and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Bac Ninh to support technology transfer and building wastewater treatment system by chemical methods, with a capacity of 10-12 m3/hr, ensure waste water treatment for 160 households in industrial production. However, Dai Bai is still some small household producers, interspersed in residential areas, the treatment of environmental pollution here is not radical, local governments should be removed, to pay to a healthy environment for local people, and also create better conditions for village development.
